We are located on the 6th floor of the Solitaire World building, right there on the Bengaluru - Mumbai Highway in Baner. Being on the highway means there’s always a lot of traffic and movement outside our windows. It’s a newer building, so it’s a bit different from the dusty factories we used to be in. We have office 601. It’s a busy place with people constantly on their laptops or talking over the phones. We handle a lot of the technical side of things here. Even though it's a modern office, we still keep things pretty informal. There are stacks of files on the desks and the pantry always needs a refill of tea leaves. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and discussing projects. Baner is a fast-growing area, so there is construction everywhere you look. It can get a bit loud with all the building going on nearby. We try to stay focused on the tasks at hand. Most of our team commutes from different parts of the city, so the highway location helps. We don't have a reception desk with a fancy person waiting there; you just kind of walk in and find whoever you need to talk to. We like to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It’s just work, after all. We do our best to stay on top of the schedule and keep the paperwork moving along. It is a productive place without being too stiff.
