Advance Overseas

Our office is up on the first floor at Parishram Park, right near the Dhuliya Char Rasta in Baroli. Being at B4 means we have a bit of a view of the crossroads, which is always busy with traffic and people moving about. Advance Overseas is mostly about handling paperwork and making sure goods get from one place to another. It isn't a factory with big machines, so it’s a bit quieter than the industrial zones, though the street noise downstairs never really stops. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, so we just sit and wait for a bit, maybe grab a snack from the shop downstairs. The building is a bit older, so the stairs can be steep if you’re carrying boxes. We handle a lot of different products depending on what folks are asking for. It’s mostly about coordinating things between different people. We’ve been at this Baroli location for a while now, and the tea stall nearby knows exactly how we like our morning cups. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us in the office making sure the orders are moving along the way they should. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files piling up on the desks, but we manage just fine in our corner of the park.
