Down here in Chinchwad, specifically around Bijlinagar, things are always moving. We are set up at Plot No-12. It’s a decent-sized space because we have to store quite a bit of welding gear. The area is very industrial, so we fit right in with the other workshops and warehouses nearby. Every morning starts about the same—checking what came in on the trucks and seeing what needs to go out to the local factories. Pune has so many manufacturing units, so we stay pretty occupied. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just us handling the day-to-day logistics. The office part of the building is small because most of the room is taken up by the welding machines and consumables. We try to keep things tidy, but it's hard when you're moving heavy metal items around all day. Sometimes the traffic in Chinchwad makes the pickups slow, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We’ve got a small crew here who knows the technical side of the welding stuff, so if someone asks a question, someone usually has an answer based on experience rather than a manual. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the stock doesn't run low. Nothing too complicated, just a steady work routine in a busy part of Pune.
