Ador Welding Ltd

Our office is part of the Radhanagari Housing Complex, which is situated on Dighi Road in the Bhosari area of Pune. The pin code is 411039. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we are right there by a housing complex but we are doing industrial welding business. Bhosari is known for being a hub of activity, and Dighi Road is no different. We usually start our mornings early before the traffic gets too heavy. The workspace is simple and honest. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and a lot of talk about welding rods and machines. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries coming in, but we manage. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we’re like a small family. We know the local spots to get a good vada pav for lunch. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. The neighborhood is a mix of people living their lives and businesses like ours trying to keep things running. It’s a decent place to be, and we’ve grown quite fond of this little corner of Pune.
