Our spot is Shop No 14 in Sahil Arcade, right on Jangali Maharaj Road in Shivaji Nagar. Most people know the area because of the Panchali Hotel, which is just a short walk away from us. JM Road is a great place to be, even if parking is a nightmare most of the time. We have a small office that stays fairly quiet despite the madness outside on the street. It is mostly filled with files and some old calendars. We don't have a corporate vibe here. It is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We handle travel bookings for people who live nearby or those who are just passing through the city. We aren't doing anything fancy. It is just about getting the dates right and making sure the transport is sorted. Sometimes we stay late because a booking is being difficult, or we just lose track of time talking to someone who came in for a quote. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with a polished pitch. It is a practical business. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at screens. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor could probably use a good scrub more often, but it works for us. We are just local people doing a job.
