Aditya Birla Retail. Ltd ( Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is in Kalubainagar which is over in Wagholi, Pune. We operate under the name Aditya Birla Retail. Ltd although Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd is part of the mix too. It is a busy spot on the outskirts of the city. There is always a lot of traffic on the main road which can be a bit of a headache. We spend our time managing the retail side of things and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It is a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We don't have any corporate slogans or fancy mission statements. We just try to keep the shelves full and the trucks moving. The warehouse gets quite busy and sometimes it is a bit chaotic but we find our rhythm. Most of us have been working here for quite a while now. We know the local shopkeepers and the drivers by their first names. It is a very community-focused way of working. We don't pretend to be something we are not. We are just people working a job and trying to do it right. The monsoon season is always a bit tricky with the leaks and the mud but we deal with it. It is just life in Wagholi. We are proud of our small corner of the world here at 412207. We just do what we can to keep things moving along.
