We are based at S.No-679 in Landewadi, Bhosari, right behind the Hotel Vishwavilas. It’s a busy industrial pocket where everyone seems to be making or fixing something. Aditya Automations & Controls Pvt.Ltd. is our small contribution to the area. The office and workshop are basically the same room, separated by a couple of shelves and a thin partition. We spend a lot of time looking at control panels and trying to figure out the best way to automate different processes. There’s always a faint smell of solder in the air. We don’t have a lot of room for extra stuff, so we have to stay somewhat organized, though it doesn’t always look that way to an outsider. The windows are a bit high up, so we don't see much of the street, but we can definitely hear the traffic and the noise from the other units. We’ve been here for a while now and know most of the neighbors. If we run out of something, we can usually borrow it from the shop next door. We don't have a fancy reception area. If the door is open, people just walk in and wait for one of us to finish what we’re doing. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't pretend to be more than we are—just a local business in Bhosari doing our best to handle automation projects for whoever needs them. Most of the day is just spent at the workbench.
