Aditronics Power Systems

Aditronics Power Systems is based at number 23 in Vadgaon Budruk. We work with power-related equipment, mostly things like batteries and inverters. The shop is filled with heavy items, so there is a lot of heavy lifting involved. It’s not the cleanest place because batteries and cables tend to leave a bit of a mess. We have a small office area tucked in the corner with an old computer and a lot of dusty files. Most of our time is spent out on the floor or visiting sites to install systems. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words or marketing tricks. People come to us because they need their power to stay on when the grid fails. Sometimes the components we order are out of stock, and we have to explain the delay to the customers. We try to be honest about how long things will take. The area of Vadgaon Budruk is growing fast, so we see a lot of new faces. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the technical side of things. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes we get grease on our clothes. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the machines and the wires. It’s a steady job that keeps us on our toes every day. We don't have fancy titles, just a group of people making sure the lights stay on.
