Adhunik Transport Organisation Ltd., Pune

We are located in Akurdi, right in the Bajaj Auto Colony. Our office is at Hajarilal Sharma’s place, Qr. No. WW-4/001. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so having a transport business like Adhunik Transport Organisation Ltd. here is a bit different. We deal with a lot of logistics stuff. Pune is a big city for this kind of work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our logs and answer the phones. Being near the colony means we have to keep things somewhat orderly. Trucks come and go, though not right to the doorstep usually. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to drivers on the radio or phone. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just have to fix it. That's just the reality of transport. We aren't trying to be the biggest or anything, just doing our part here in the 411035 area. It’s a job like any other. The morning commute is okay, and we have a good routine going. No corporate polish, just desks and chairs and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the long afternoon. It gets dusty, but that’s Pune for you. We just keep the wheels turning. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes but we get it done.
