We are located out at Shed No. 2 in the Bhau Industrial Estate. If you know the Village Mauje Nanded area in Taluka Haveli, you probably know it is quite an industrial spot. Accuweigh Automation & Solutions is basically us working out of this shed, dealing with weighing systems and automation parts. It can get pretty loud around here with the other units running, but that is just how industrial estates are. We spend a lot of time looking at scales and sensors. The floor is concrete and often has bits of metal or wire laying around while we are putting things together. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We mostly wear work clothes and keep our tools handy. Sometimes the truck deliveries get backed up at the gate, which can be a bit of a headache, but we usually sort it out with the driver. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and we know the neighbors pretty well. Most of the day is spent checking calibrations or packing up orders to go out to factories. It is practical work, and we try to keep things organized even when it gets busy. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks when we need a breather from the noise. It is a simple setup, and we just focus on getting the automation stuff right for whoever needs it. We stay until the last shipment is loaded and gone for the evening.
