Accretion Enterprises Private Limited

Accretion Enterprises Private Limited operates out of Silver Estate in Bibwewadi. We are in Building A-2, Flat Number 9. It’s a residential area, so it feels very grounded and local. We’ve turned the flat into our working space. It’s got a kitchen where we brew way too much tea and a main room where all the computers are set up. Bibwewadi is a nice part of Pune; it’s got everything you need without being as crazy as the city center. We focus on enterprise tasks, which mostly involves managing supplies and keeping track of orders. It’s a lot of logistical work that requires us to stay focused. We have stacks of files everywhere because we haven't gone fully digital yet. The building has a nice bit of greenery around it, which makes the afternoons a little better. We don’t have a formal office setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a group of us working around a table. Sometimes the neighbor’s cat wanders in, which is a nice distraction. We aren’t trying to be a giant corporation. We just want to do our work well and keep our clients happy. It’s a small, practical operation and we like it that way. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just show up, handle the business, and go home to our families. It’s a good life in Pune.
