Accelerate2Successaccelerate2Success Hr Solutions Llp is based at 13/2 Agarkar Nagar, right near the Pune Railway Station. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it our HR shop. Being so close to the station means there is a constant hum of activity. You can hear the trains and the crowds all day long. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional space where we handle recruitment and other HR tasks. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a very busy phone line. People are always coming and going because of the location. We chose Agarkar Nagar because it’s easy for people to find us when they get off the train. It’s not a shiny corporate park with security guards and badges. You just walk in and talk to us. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people about their jobs. It’s hard work and it can get pretty tiring, but we like the pace of it. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. The address at 13/2 has become home to us over the last few years. It’s a bit dusty and the walls are covered in notes, but it’s where we do our best work helping folks find their way.
