You can find Abs Fitness & Wellness Club over on the 3rd floor of Nucleus Mall. The address is T/9 Bund Garden Road, specifically 4 Cross 8 Main. Being inside the mall makes it pretty convenient for people who are already out doing their shopping or running errands. Since we are on the third floor, you get a bit of a view of the surrounding area if you look out the windows. Bund Garden Road is usually packed with traffic, so it’s nice to be up here away from the dust. We have been here for a while, and the mall staff knows us well. It’s a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but it’s good exercise anyway. The space is quite large because of the way the mall is built. We don’t have fancy carpets or anything, just the floors and the equipment we need. Sometimes the mall’s air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times it’s just right. We have regulars who come in every morning before the shops even open. It’s a steady routine. People come in, do their thing, and head out. It’s a practical place for folks around here to get some movement in. We don't spend much on decorations, we just keep the place tidy for whoever walks in. The music is usually playing in the background but we keep the volume at a level where you can still talk to people. It’s just a normal gym where people come to sweat a bit.
