You can find us in Sangavi, which is near Baramati in the Pune district. Our office is actually at the residence of Shri Dadasaheb Padmsing Taware. It’s a family-oriented environment, and it definitely doesn’t feel like a standard office building. We spend a lot of time just looking at the schedules and talking to people from the village. Baramati has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon, but we are used to it by now. We started this thing because we wanted to work for ourselves in the agro sector. There’s a lot of paperwork to handle, which usually happens on the kitchen table or a small desk in the corner. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is just a few of us making decisions as we go along. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of activity in the fields. We don’t wear suits or follow a strict corporate calendar. If someone needs to talk, they just show up at the house. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We’ve been part of the Sangavi community for a long time, so everyone knows the Taware name and where we sit. It’s a simple life here, and we prefer it that way instead of dealing with the city rush.
