Abhijeet Shelters is based out of Shukrawar Peth 4. If you know the Peths, you know they have their own rhythm and a lot of history. Our office at number 4 is a simple place. We don't have a modern glass facade or a big lobby. It’s an old-school kind of space where we just focus on the task at hand. There is usually a lot of paper on the desks and a few phones ringing. Shukrawar Peth is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We like being here because it feels connected to the city. We aren’t a corporate giant. We are just a local office at Shukrawar Peth 4. Our days are spent talking to contractors, looking at site plans, and making sure things are moving along. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we are dealing with paperwork or trying to track down a missing file. But it’s the work we do. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have our desks and our tools. People know where to find us. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. It’s a practical, no-frills environment. If you come by, you’ll see us working just like any other day. That’s Abhijeet Shelters for you. Just plain and simple. We usually have a stack of newspapers on the side table and the sound of the nearby shops coming through the window while we draft.
