Aayush Care Foundation

Aayush Care Foundation is located out in Sadumbre, which is in the Maval area near Pune. Our place is at Gat No. 154. A good way to find us is to look for the GE Company Phase II building; we are right behind that. It’s a bit out of the main city, so it’s a lot quieter than the middle of Pune. There’s more space out here, which is nice. We aren't in a fancy glass building. It’s a simple setup, more like a workshop or a converted shed area. We have some basic furniture and a place to sit and have meetings. The air is a bit fresher here than in the city center. We get a lot of dust because of the industrial activities nearby, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of the environment. Our team is small, mostly people who live in the surrounding villages or commute from the edge of the city. We don't have a polished corporate image. We just wear our regular clothes and get on with the tasks for the day. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we’ve got a backup for the computers. We started this foundation to help out with health and care stuff in this specific region. It’s a lot of ground to cover. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is often empty until late afternoon. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we focus on getting things done. We don't have any big meetings, just quick talks over lunch.
