Aastha Meditation Center

Our place is over in the Sai Niwas Building, right near K K Market in Dhankawadi. It’s a bit of a busy area outside with the market so close, but once you step inside Aastha Meditation Center, things quiet down a lot. We didn’t pick the spot because it was fancy. We picked it because it’s where people actually live and go about their business. Most people who come here are just looking for a bit of peace after a long day at work or running errands. We keep the space simple. There aren't any gold-plated statues or anything like that, just some mats and a quiet corner. We’ve been in Dhankawadi for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the people who live in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a good community. Sometimes the noise from the market drifts in, but that’s just part of life in this city. You learn to ignore it after a while. We don’t try to sell anyone on big promises. It’s just a room for people to sit and be quiet for a change. Life gets fast, and we wanted a spot that does the opposite. If you’re near Sai Niwas, you’re welcome to stop by.
