Our office is over at Flat Number 11 in Gulab Kunj, which is located at Survey Number 32 in Ambegaon Budruk. We are right near P K Nagar here in Pune. Running Aarthik Parivartan Nidhi Limited from a flat makes the whole thing feel much more like a community project than a cold business. We have a few rooms set up for different things, but mostly we just sit in the main area and talk to members who come by. Pune is growing so fast, and the Ambegaon area has changed a lot, but we try to keep things simple and steady. We handle savings, fixed deposits, and small loans for the people living in the nearby housing societies. It’s not a polished corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from the desk when the bell rings. We do our own filing and handle the cash ourselves. Sometimes we run out of stationary or the printer acts up, but we manage. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down for ten minutes and actually understand where your money is going. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, so we know the local problems and try to be flexible when we can. It’s just us doing our best for the people around Survey Number 32 and the rest of the 411046 area.
