We are located in the LIC Building right on the Old Mumbai Pune Highway in Lonavala. Being near the Kiran Petrol Pump helps since everyone knows that spot. Lonavala gets a lot of fog and heavy rain, which makes construction work interesting around here. We’ve been working on buildings in this area for a good while. Our office is a simple space where we look over blueprints and talk to suppliers. It’s often noisy with the highway traffic passing by constantly. We do a lot of different types of building work, from small repairs to bigger structures. We have a crew that knows how to handle the local terrain and the wet weather. It's not always easy building on hills or dealing with the damp climate, but we manage it day by day. We aren't big on fancy talk or marketing. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. People stop by the office to ask about costs or how to start a project. We usually have some tea and talk it through in a normal way. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen the highway change and more people moving to Lonavala over the years. We just keep doing what we know, which is construction. It’s a lot of early mornings and long days on the site. We like being part of the town and seeing houses finished for families.
