Aar-Em Electronics Pvt Ltd is located over at 17-B in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s a hub of activity. Our worksite is tucked away among many other units, and it gets pretty loud with all the industrial sounds around us. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the heat and the traffic. We deal with various electronic projects and the workshop floor is usually buzzing with some kind of assembly or testing. It isn't a glamorous place, just a lot of concrete, metal benches, and people focused on their tasks. We have some regulars who drop by for business, and we always try to have someone available to chat, even if we are knee-deep in work. The building itself shows its age a bit, but it serves us well for what we do. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. It is just a group of us trying to keep the machines running and the orders going out on time. Sometimes the logistics of being in Hadapsar get tricky with the narrow lanes and trucks, but we manage. We like the grit of the industrial area; it feels like real work is happening every single day. We just keep our heads down and finish the work.
