Aapsee Controls And Systems Private Limited is tucked away in the North Wing of Pratik Nagar Housing Society in Yerwada. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business since it’s inside a residential society, but it works for us. We’re at 1/34, and it’s mostly just a quiet room filled with computers and some control boards we’re working on. Since we are in Yerwada, it’s a bit more relaxed than being right in the middle of Pune’s main city area. You might hear kids playing outside or neighbors talking while we’re trying to figure out a technical problem. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a lobby. If you come by, you’re basically walking into a place where a few of us are just focusing on the systems we build. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment delivered, but we manage. We’ve been part of this society for a while, and it’s nice because it feels more like a community than a cold office park. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people with our titles. We just like making sure the controls and systems we work on actually do what they are supposed to do. It’s a simple life here in the North Wing, and we wouldn't have it any other way for our small company.
