Our shop is Shop Number 1 at CTS 1843 in Yerwada, Pune. It is right near the Shrikrushna Mangal Kendra, which is a big landmark around here. Sunil Shahajirao Jadhav is the one who usually manages things. It is a small space, but we make it work. We have a counter where people can come and talk to us about their money. Behind that, we have our desks and all our records. Yerwada is a very lively place with a lot of people moving around. We get a lot of foot traffic just because of where we are located. We don't spend money on big ads. People just see us when they go to the Mangal Kendra or the other shops nearby. We do the daily work of a Nidhi company, which is mostly about savings and local loans. It’s not a complicated business. We just have to be careful with the numbers and the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop, but we don't mind. It feels good to be busy. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local gossip and what is happening in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be a big national bank. We are just a local Pune business doing what we do every day. It’s a decent way to earn a living and keep the family going.
