Aadiwasi Sangharsh Parishad Social Foundation

Our foundation is located in the Panchavati area of Nashik, specifically at house number 176 in Avditwadi, right off Dindori Road. Nashik is a place that feels both old and new at the same time, and our neighborhood is one of those spots where everyone seems to know everyone else. We aren't some big organization with branches everywhere. We are just a local group. The Aadiwasi Sangharsh Parishad Social Foundation is basically run out of a small house. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, you’ll find a couple of us sitting around a table with some tea, talking about the local news or whatever needs fixing in the area. It gets pretty loud outside during the festival seasons because we are so close to the main parts of town, but we don't mind it. We just do our work. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to people who come by with their problems. We don’t use any special software or anything; we just use notebooks and pens. It’s the way we’ve always done things. It might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We are just regular people from Nashik trying to keep things going for our community. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes to manage time with our day jobs, but we make sure the office is open when it needs to be.
