Our office is at House Number 12 in Hussain Colony, over in the Gkheda area of Aurangabad. It is a simple house that we use for our business. We chose this spot because it is right where people live. We didn't want a fancy office in a glass tower. We handle the financial things for the local community here. A lot of our members are just neighbors from the colony. We spend a lot of time on the computer entering data. There is also a lot of manual paperwork because that is just how it goes sometimes. We have a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't in a rush to become a giant company. We just like doing our work here in Aurangabad. The staff are all local people who know the streets and the shops around here. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside when the wind picks up, but it is okay. We just keep the doors open and wait for people to come by. There is no formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and get the books balanced. It’s a straightforward life. We do the same thing every day and we are happy with that. It is just a small local business. Nothing more and nothing less.
