Aadesh Tread Company

Aadesh Tread Company is based in the village of Khedpada. We are right near the railway station in Pimpri. It’s a convenient spot because we can hear the trains passing by all day. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve used for a long time. We deal with treads and related work here. It’s not a polished office environment. It’s more of a workshop where we spend our time getting our hands dirty. The area around the station is always moving. We have people coming and going. We start our work early to beat the heat. There’s a lot of manual work involved in what we do. We stack the treads and keep things moving as the orders come in. Khedpada is a quiet enough village when you step away from the tracks. We like being here because it feels like home. Our setup is basic. We have the tools we need and a small desk for the paperwork. We don’t go for anything fancy. It’s just a local business. We know the people at the station and the locals in Pimpri. Some days the work is slow, and other days we are rushing to finish everything before dark. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us doing what we know how to do. The floor is concrete and the roof is tin, so you hear the rain when it falls. We’ve been here for years now and it’s just our way of life.
