A W Co

A W Co is based out of the Nirmal Residency in Kothrud, right near the Spencers Mall. We use Flat No 34 in the Bardoli building as our main workspace for the day-to-day business. It is a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet compared to the noise on the main roads. We mostly do administrative work and coordination for our clients from here. Being so close to the mall is very handy because it makes it easy for people to find the general area when they need to visit. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees in suits. It is just a small team of us sitting at our desks, making sure the orders are placed and the paperwork is all lined up. Kothrud has changed a lot since we first started, but our little corner in the Bardoli building has stayed mostly the same. We do not have a big storefront with neon signs or anything like that. Most of our work is done over the phone or through sending emails back and forth. We keep things pretty informal in the office. There is usually a pot of coffee going and a stack of files on the table that need sorting. We do not follow some fancy corporate handbook with lots of rules. We just do what needs to be done to keep the business moving. Sometimes we meet people at the cafe nearby instead of bringing them up to the flat.
