You can find our office on the fourth floor of the City Mall Building in Ganeshkhind. We are in suites 401 and 402. This is the India office for A O Smith, where we handle the water heating and water purification business. It’s a typical office setup with desks, chairs, and people on computers all day. Being in a mall means there’s always something going on downstairs, but up here on the 4th floor, it’s mostly just us working. We don't have a retail shop or a showroom in this building. It’s strictly for the administrative and management side of things. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office is practical and gets the job done. We spend our time talking to dealers, handling customer service issues, and planning things out. It's not a very glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The view from the windows is mostly just other buildings and the street below. We have a small pantry where we get our coffee and lunch. It’s a busy environment because the demand for water heaters in India is always there. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized. If you’re coming for a meeting, just look for the City Mall in Ganeshkhind and take the lift up. We’re right there in the corner units. It is just a regular office for the team.
