A K Surana Developers is based over at 138 Parvati, specifically in the D/1 Block area. We are located in Patil Plaza, which is right in the MIDC section. It is a busy place where there is always something going on. If you know the city, you probably know where Saras Baug is. We are quite near that, so it’s a good landmark for anyone trying to visit our office. Most of the time, we are just here at our desks, working on building plans and talking to folks who have questions about our projects. It is a small team, mostly just us handling the daily grind of the developer business. The office is functional and straightforward, nothing too flashy to look at, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. Being near Saras Baug is nice for when we need to step out for a minute to get some fresh air or grab a bite to eat. Patil Plaza stays pretty crowded during the day with all the different businesses operating out of there. We have been doing this kind of work for a while now. It involves a lot of going back and forth with permits and checking on our construction sites. We try to keep things simple. No big promotional speeches or anything like that, just actual work. People usually just drop in when they are nearby. We are generally around from morning until evening. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so you might have to walk a bit, but that is just how it is around here.
