Our office, A A Architects, is located on Ghole Road, specifically in the Arihant Building. We are up on the second floor, room 15. This area near Bal Gandharva is always bustling with activity, which we like. We have been doing architectural work here for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent drawing up plans or discussing materials with the people who come to see us. It is a practical setup we have. There are drafting tables and computers everywhere. Architecture is more about the small details than people think, so we spend hours just making sure one window or door is in the right spot. We deal with various types of buildings, mostly around this part of the city. Being on Ghole Road means we are central, so it is easy for us to visit different construction sites during the week. We are not into big corporate speeches. We just show up, do the drawings, and talk to the masons and carpenters. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with rolled-up papers and site maps, but that is just how we work. We focus on the structural stuff and making sure things are built solid. It is a lot of coordination between what a person wants and what the city rules allow. We just keep working through the pile of drawings and get the job finished for whoever walks through the door. It is a lot of work but we enjoy the process.
