14 Trees Foundation

14 Trees Foundation is based in A-502, Swojas Anand. That’s in Anand Park, over in Aundh. We aren't a big organization with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us who really care about the environment around here. We spend a lot of time thinking about trees and how to get more of them planted in the soil. Aundh is a nice place, but it could always use more green. We work out of our office in Swojas Anand and try to organize local projects. We don't use big corporate buzzwords. We just talk about dirt and water and saplings. It’s practical work. Sometimes we’re out in the dirt ourselves getting our hands messy. We don't have a fancy website with a bunch of professional photos. We just have our boots and our shovels. People in Anand Park know who we are because they see us out and about. We aren't trying to save the whole planet, just our little corner of it. It’s honest work. Sometimes it’s tiring, but seeing a tree grow makes it worth all the effort. We just keep doing what we can, one tree at a time. That’s all there is to it, really. Just some people who like trees and want to see more of them around our homes. It keeps us busy and out in the fresh air.
