We’re located at P K R A 6 in Parogttu Konam, which is over in the Nalanchira area. It’s a bit of a residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Our setup is pretty basic, just a few computers and a printer that occasionally makes a strange grinding noise. We do a lot of online work for people who aren't comfortable using the internet or just don't have a good connection at home. Most days involve helping folks with application forms, printing out documents, or checking results for them. It’s not a big office, and it can feel a bit crowded if more than three people show up at once. I usually have a cup of tea sitting on the corner of my desk, and there are stacks of paper everywhere. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough for people in the locality to know we’re here. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us a chance to chat with whoever is waiting. It’s a very local kind of place. We know most of the people who come in by name. We don't offer anything fancy, just the basic online services that people need to get their daily tasks done. It’s a steady routine of typing, scanning, and clicking, and we just try to keep things moving along as best as we can.
