Rootz Agricon Private Limited is located in Narakara. We operate out of Ab Qayoom Bhat’s place in Qazipora. It’s a small, local setup where we handle our agricultural business. We aren't a big company with lots of departments. It’s just a few of us who understand the local farming scene. We spend our days coordinating with growers and looking at the crops. Narakara is a place where people know each other, so we try to keep our business very straightforward. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. Most people just know to come to Qazipora if they need to talk to us. We deal with the basics of agriculture, trying to make sure things are moving from the farms to where they need to go. It’s practical work. We spend more time in the dirt and the fields than we do behind a desk. Ab Qayoom Bhat keeps things organized at the house. We don't use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and a lot of talking. It’s how we’ve always done things here. We just want to keep the local agriculture going. It’s not about making a huge name for ourselves. We just want to do the work well and be fair to the people we work with. That is really all there is to it.
