Padroo Constructions (Opc) Privatelimited

Padroo Constructions (Opc) Privatelimited is a small operation based out of Charigam. It is run by the family, basically care of Farooq Ahmad Padder and the son of Abdul Salam Padder. We stay rooted in this community because this is where we grew up. Being an OPC means it is a tight-knit setup. We handle construction tasks for people around here who need a hand with building. Charigam is a place where everybody knows everybody, so we can't afford to do a bad job. We spend most of our time out on the fields or at the construction spots, getting our hands dirty. The office side of things is just to keep the legal parts straight. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the walls up and the roofs on. It is honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year, even when the weather gets a bit rough. You won't find us in a big glass building. We are usually just down the road or at the site with the workers. If someone needs something built, they usually just come by or find us through word of mouth. We take it one day at a time and try to make sure each house or wall is sturdy enough for the local conditions. Sometimes the materials are hard to get up here, but we find a way. It's just how we do things in Charigam.
