We are Kahwut Skills Private Limited, located out in Wanpora, Pulwama. Our office is set up through Ab Rashid Hajam’s place, right in the heart of the area with the pincode 192121. Pulwama is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we don't need a big sign out front to tell people where we are. We focus on teaching skills to folks around here. It started as a small idea because we saw people needed practical help. The building itself is just a regular local structure, nothing fancy or modern about it. We have a few rooms where we sit and work through the day. Sometimes it's quiet, and other times it gets busy when people from the village come by to see what we are up to. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We use simple tools and try to keep things as organized as possible despite the occasional chaos of daily life in Jammu and Kashmir. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather gets rough, but we stay open. We’re just local people trying to run a business that makes sense for our community. No big speeches, just showing up and doing the tasks we set out for the week. We keep things humble and straightforward here for everyone.
