Our office is over in Pulluvila, at Charathady Puraidom. It’s basically where we sit and handle travel plans for folks, spending a lot of time on the phone or checking bus and flight timings. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking at destination photos that we don't actually get to visit ourselves most of the time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a couple of old maps on the wall. We help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without too much trouble. Sometimes the printers act up right when we need to hand over a ticket. We've got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't bad. People stop by to ask about trips to different parts of India. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the phone rings all at once and it gets a bit messy. It’s just a regular travel business. We don't have any big speeches about travel. We just book the hotels and the transport and hope the weather stays good for the travelers. The area around the post office is where you’ll find us. We're usually here from early morning. It’s practical work. We just deal with the bookings and make sure the names are spelled right on the forms. That’s pretty much our whole day, every day of the week.
