S. K. Builders

S. K. Builders is located at Plot No. 47 in Hindustan Colony. We are right off Bad Road in the Wadhawa area. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main parts of town, which we quite like. The plot is just a standard size, and we have set up our office there to manage the building work we do. There is not much to see from the street, just a regular gate and a small building where we keep our papers and talk to people who drop by. We have been in Hindustan Colony for a good bit now and have seen a few new houses go up around us. Bad Road isn't as bad as the name makes it sound, but it can get a little bumpy after the rains. We do not have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is usually just one or two of us here when we are not out at a construction site. We prefer it this way, keeping things simple and direct. People in Wadhawa usually know where Hindustan Colony is, so finding Plot No. 47 isn't too hard once you get into the estate. We do not use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just builders who work out of this spot on Bad Road. If you need to find us, just look for the number on the gate. It is an honest, working office for S. K. Builders and we like the neighborhood.
