Bansal Brick Udyog

Bansal Brick Udyog is located in Ghoganipur, over in Kanpur Dehat. We’ve been around this part of the district for quite a while. It’s a regular brick kiln setup, nothing too special to look at if you’re just passing by. We have the tall chimney and lots of rows of bricks drying out in the open air. The ground is always a bit uneven and covered in scraps of broken brick and coal dust. We work hard to keep the supply steady for the local builders. Kanpur Dehat is a big place, but word gets around about where to get materials. We don’t have a sales team or any brochures to hand out. If you want to know about our bricks, you just have to come down to Ghoganipur and see them for yourself. We have different grades sometimes, depending on how the firing went in different parts of the kiln. It’s not a perfect science. We just do our best with what the earth gives us. The guys working here are mostly from the local area, and we all just try to get the work finished before it gets too dark. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and manual labor. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren’t. We are just a local business making bricks for our community. If you need some for a wall or a house, we are usually here from morning till late. It’s a tough business but it keeps the lights on.
