Yellow Stones

Being right across from Srinivas Mill means there is always a lot of noise and movement around here. At Yellow Stones, we have set ourselves up at 8560/65 in Bharath Nagar. It is easy to find if you know where the TVS landmark is. Our space is mostly full of whatever stone or materials we are working with that week. It gets a bit dusty, and the floors are never really clean for long, but it is a working yard, not a museum. We spend a lot of our time outside or in the storage shed. The sun gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break when it is at its peak. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of people. It is just a handful of us making sure that orders get out and that the piles don't get too messy. Sometimes a delivery truck shows up late, and we have to scramble to get it unloaded. It is not always pretty, but we get the job done. People in the area know us as the place near the mill. We don’t spend much on decorating the front office because we are usually too busy to sit in there anyway. We have been at this address for a long time. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the heavy trucks passing by. It is just our daily life, and we keep it simple.
