Srs Knits

Srs Knits is located at No. 21 along the 60 Feet Main Road in Gopal Nagar. It is a pretty straightforward place. We work in the textile side of things, specifically knitting. Velliankadu has a lot of these types of businesses, but we just focus on our own machines. We make different kinds of fabric and garments depending on what’s needed. The machines run a lot, and it gets pretty warm in the workspace during the afternoons. We aren't a huge factory, just a decent-sized unit where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the orders get a bit piled up, but that is how it goes in this industry. Our address is easy to find if you know where the main road is. We’ve been at this for some time now. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so they walk or bike to work. We handle the stitching and the finishing right here on the floor. It isn't always quiet, and there is usually a lot of lint in the air by the end of the shift. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the fabric rolls and the sewing machines. People around Gopal Nagar know us as the place on the corner. We get the work done, pack it up, and send it out. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us, nothing more or less.
