Triemph Knit

Our place is 816 K.S Nagar, right on Palavanjipalayam Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’re right in the middle of all the action. We do knitting work here. The building is a bit of a mix of old and new sections. We have the knitting machines set up where the ventilation is best because it gets quite hot when they’re all running together. We don’t have any polished showrooms. If you come by, you’ll see the yarn cones stacked up and the fabric coming off the machines. It’s a lot of manual work, checking for holes or skipped stitches. We’ve got a small team, and most of us live nearby, so we just walk or bike to work. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make knitted cloth. Some days are harder than others, especially when a machine breaks down or the yarn quality isn't right. But we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been on this road for a long time and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have to finish. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We open up early and close when the work is done. Usually, the evening breeze from the road is the best part of the day.
