Soumii Tex

We've been on Perichipalayam Dharapuram Road for a bit. It gets dusty outside but we keep the machines going. Soumii Tex is mostly just us handling the textiles. Sometimes the power goes out but we manage. My uncle started it years ago. We deal with lots of rolls of cloth every day. It’s hard work, especially in the heat. We don't have a fancy office, just a workspace where things get done. People come by to check on their orders. We keep things moving as much as we can. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular textile setup. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road but the neighbors are used to it. We try to finish the work by evening so we can head home. The floor is usually covered in thread bits. It’s noisy when everything is running but that’s just how it is here. Most days are the same, just keeping up with what needs doing. We know the people around here and they know where to find us. It’s just Soumii Tex, nothing more, nothing less. We keep the doors open and get to work early. It gets busy after lunch. We just do what we know how to do. There isn't much to say about us, we are just here every day making sure the orders are ready on time. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. It’s a quiet life if you don't mind the noise of the machines.
