Our small office is at 2.260/1 in Rasul Nagar, which is part of Karambakudi. It’s a quiet area for the most part, and we’ve been operating Sakthivel & Company from this same spot for a long time. We don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment. It’s just a few of us handling the daily chores of running a business in a small town. The rooms are filled with folders and ledgers that have been there for years. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished, whenever that might be. Sometimes we spend more time talking to the locals who stop by than actually doing paperwork, but that’s just how things are here. The road outside isn't paved very well, so it gets dusty when the wind blows. We just keep the doors open to catch a breeze and keep working. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a very practical way to live. Karambakudi is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we try to keep our reputation decent by just being honest. We don’t have a grand vision; we just want to keep the lights on and the business moving forward for another year. It's simple, honest work that keeps us going.
