We are based at 1877/2 B1 in the Thirumalai Complex. It is on West 4th Street, which is quite near Thilagar Thidal. This part of town is always moving, and being in the complex means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking for land or houses. We have been working in real estate around this area for quite some time now, so we have a pretty good handle on the local market. We don't do any big fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of our clients are just people from the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of time walking around West 4th Street and checking on the properties we have listed. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to different people, but we like the rhythm of it. The area near Thilagar Thidal is quite lively and there is always something happening. We just try to be helpful and give people the information they need without any extra fluff. It is a straightforward business and we take pride in knowing the local area as well as we do. We just take it day by day, helping one person at a time find what they are looking for.
