Laxmi Clinic

This clinic is situated at No. 3949 on South 3rd Street in Pudukkottai. It is a pretty quiet part of the Tiruchirappalli region compared to the main city areas. We have been working out of this building for a long time. It’s a basic setup with a waiting area and a couple of rooms for the doctor. We don't have any flashy signs or big lights outside, just a simple board so people know where we are. The street is mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. We open up early in the morning because that's when most people like to come by before they head off to their own jobs. The interior is functional—just some wooden benches and a tiled floor that we mop every morning. We don’t go for the corporate look because that isn’t who we are. We are just local people providing a service to our neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the window for light, but we manage. Most of our patients find us through word of mouth. Someone tells a cousin or a friend about us, and that’s how we keep going. It is an honest way to run a clinic. We focus on the health of the people who walk through that door on South 3rd Street. There’s no need for complicated missions or fancy words when the work speaks for itself every day.
