Iams

Iams is located at Plot No. 148 in Kangaya Palayam. It is a quiet spot, away from the main rush of the city. We have a modest setup on the plot. It isn't anything fancy, just a functional space for our daily tasks. Most of our day is spent handling the inventory and checking the equipment. There is a lot of routine involved. You wake up, get to the plot, and start on the list from the day before. The area around Kangaya Palayam has a lot of small units like ours. We all sort of know each other. Sometimes we borrow tools from the neighbors if something breaks down. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive signs or decorations. We’d rather just focus on what we are doing. The floor is concrete and the roof is metal, so it gets a bit noisy when it rains. But we like it that way. It feels like a real workplace. We have a few employees who live nearby and they walk to work. It is a small team and we don't have many meetings. We just talk while we work. If there is a problem, we fix it and move on. That is how we have always done things at Plot 148. It is just a regular business. We keep to ourselves and do the work that needs finishing every single day.
