Our office is located at number 349/3 in Bharathiyar Nagar, right here in Manapparai. It’s a busy little neighborhood and we have been operating from this spot for some time now. Dealing with chit funds is what we do daily, and mostly it is the local shopkeepers and families from around Tiruchirappalli who come to see us. We are not a giant company with glass walls. It is a regular building where we sit and keep track of the monthly collections. Most mornings start with checking the registers and making sure the entries are right for the day's collections. Manapparai is a place where everyone talks to each other, so news travels fast if you don't do your job properly. We keep it straightforward. People come in, pay their share, and we talk about how things are going in the town. Sometimes the weather is too hot, so we have the fan running full speed while we work on the paperwork. It is just a few of us handling the desk work. We don't use much big talk or complicated terms. If someone has a question about their money, we just explain it plainly.
