Hawkbharatagro Private Limited is located out in Kannanipatti Village, which is part of the Kulathupattipost in Thirumayam Tk, Pudukkottai. Being out in the village means our daily life is very different from those working in the big cities like Chennai. We are surrounded by fields and the pace of things is much slower, which suits us just fine. Our office is a simple building where we manage all the agro-related work we do. There is usually some dust from the road and the sound of tractors passing by while we sit at our desks. We spend a lot of time out meeting with the local people and seeing what is happening with the crops in the area. We don't have any polished presentations; we just speak plain English and the local language to get things done. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy and our clothes show the work we've been doing. It’s a small operation here in Pudukkottai, and everyone knows everyone else. We handle the paperwork for the farm supplies and try to make sure everything is in order for the next planting cycle. Some days the internet is slow, but we just work around it. It’s an honest way to make a living, being close to the land and the people who work it. We don't need a lot of fancy equipment, just some common sense and a bit of hard work every day. We enjoy the quiet life here in the village.
