Al Ameen Architects

Al Ameen Architects is based over at No.3714/3715, which is Door No.39 on South 4th Street in Pudukkottai - 622001. We have been in this spot for a while now, right in the middle of the town. The building has those old numbers on it, but people mostly just look for Door 39. South 4th Street is a place where you see a lot of local life every day. Our office is pretty simple, with enough room for our drafting tables and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their building plans. We don't really go for anything too polished or modern in here. It’s mostly just us working on the drawings and talking through the details of whatever project is on the desk. Pudukkottai has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We spend a lot of time just drawing and measuring things out. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but we stay busy enough. Sometimes it gets a little hot in the afternoon, but we have the fans going and we just keep at it. People from the neighborhood know where we are if they need a plan drawn up for a house or a small shop. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It is a quiet existence on South 4th Street, and we like it that way. No big deal, just drawing plans.
