United Traders has been sitting here at 84/49 on Mission Street for quite some time. If you’ve ever walked through Bunder, you know how it gets. It’s crowded and there’s always someone moving a cart or a truck trying to squeeze past. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise. We deal with a lot of different goods coming in and out every day. There isn't much of a fancy setup here, just plenty of shelf space and some desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street looking for specific items. The floors are concrete and they get dusty fast with the doors open all day, but that’s just how Bunder is. We don't really have a showroom or anything, it’s more of a place where business actually happens. You’ll see bags and boxes piled up near the entrance most mornings. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure the counts are right before things head out. We’ve got a small crew and we all know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. It's a busy life on Mission Street and we are just another part of the day-to-day trade that keeps this area moving.
