Total Physiotherapy Clinic

Our place, Total Physiotherapy Clinic, is situated at Number 7 on the Cuddalore Main Road. We are in Ariyankuppam, right near the Srinivasa Apartments. It’s a busy road so there’s always noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We focus on helping people move better, whether they’ve hurt their back or are recovering from something else. The clinic has a few treatment tables and some basic exercise gear like bands and weights. It isn't a high-end gym, just a place for recovery. We see a lot of older folks from Ariyankuppam who have stiff joints and need some regular attention. The air conditioner sometimes makes a rattling sound, but it keeps the room cool enough. We don't spend money on big posters or marketing stuff. We just focus on the people who come in. It’s a simple routine here. We open up early because a lot of our regulars like to come in before they start their day. If you’re coming down the main road, you can't miss us near the apartments. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local auto drivers know exactly where to drop people off. We just focus on doing the work and seeing people walk out a bit better than they walked in. It’s a small, honest business and we like it that way. We've been here for years and hope to stay.
